We crafted a simple light-hearted message that informs landlords that there are some basic checks to be done before renting out their homes.  

Similar to how adults would often ask kids if they’ve done their homework, it’s time to remind everyone that there is homework to be done when they plan to rent out their homes, or face serious consequences.
