Work, and Smile.

A truly happy campaign that put a smile on our faces!

This internal communications campaign to launch a new corporate tagline and philosophy took on a 3-phase approach over 2-3 years.

PHASE 1
We kicked off the campaign introducing a series of personalised Happy Smileys with features made up of the company’s initials (“P”, “S”, “K”). Along with these smileys, Happy Zones within each local office were created, each adorned with smiley decals, postcards, stickers etc. Employees were encouraged to nominate colleagues who exude the “Work, and Smile” attitude to become ambassadors. A more formal corporate brand handbook was also developed.

PHASE 2
In phase 2, we launched the “Happy Hands @ Work” campaign, encouraging employees to put their smiles into real action at work. This is where we started introducing and infusing the 5 core values of the organisation.

PHASE 3
Phase 3 took the campaign to a wider audience via the “Collect a Smile” campaign. Employees were encouraged to share their smiles with each other, and more importantly, their clients.
