NDP20: Continuing our tradition of giving back

We’ve been involved with our National Day Parade Celebrations since 2017, and this year we’re happy to continue our support!

While we were the the official appointed design agency for NDP17 and NDP18, this year we gave back by sponsoring our time and effort in putting together the “Singapore Together” Packs.

This year’s packs feature 10 designs on the bags by aspiring artists with disabilities from seven organisations (in collaboration with SG Enable), as well as 10 designs by Primary 5 students. Our role was to digitise all the wonderful artworks to prepare them for print (preparing the FA or Finished Artwork). This included colour adjustments, digital imaging and touchups where necessary, size and caption formatting etc.

We also helped out in preparing FAs for all the covers for “Our Heart for Singapore” Pledge Cards found inside the packs.

And oh, that little fridge magnet paying tribute to all our frontline heroes? That was designed by our Senior Art Director Jess Ang. Thanks Jess!

Our big, big thanks also to our Creative Services Director Wendy Lee, for managing this project with so much passion and precision, and our digital imaging/FA guru Collin Chai for working so tirelessly to deliver all the artworks.

All in all, it was another amazing experience for all of us. We got to learn so much about the background behind each and every artwork, and are extremely humbled and inspired by all the wonderful dreams, hopes and aspirations of all the artists (you can read all about the artists and their designs here).

Thank you, NDP20 folks, for this meaningful opportunity to be an intimate part of the celebration! (cue fireworks!)
